Five days per week.

Our Valet Technicians begin collection at 7:00pm, Sunday through Thursday.

Recycling


Must be in blue recycling bags.

No additional charge if recycling bin is within 15-feet from compactor.

Bag Limit


Two, 13-gallon bags.

Residents are allowed up to two blue recycling bags, two regular bags, or one of each.

Cardboard


Two box limit.

Boxes must be broken down and placed behind provided waste bins before collection.

At no additional charge, experience seamless pet waste management with complimentary waste stations, weekly bag removals, and doggy bag replenishments included in every service agreement.

We will either provide up to five complementary pet waste stations, or maintain existing ones free of charge, ensuring a clean, convenient, and hassle-free environment for your community.
